Two curated retreats. Two landscapes that hold you differently. One guide who knows how to help you let go.
These aren't retreats where you show up and meet a stranger teaching yoga. Karla plans, leads, and is present for every practice, every meal, every moment. This is her work — and these places mean something to her personally.
Maximum 8–10 people. Small enough that everyone gets real attention on the mat, real conversations at the table, and real friendships that outlast the trip. Not a group tour. Not a yoga convention.
A stone-built hotel on a hillside in the Peloponnese, overlooking the Mediterranean. A crystal sanctuary in the Mayan jungle, surrounded by cenotes. Both chosen because the environment does half the work before you even step onto the mat.
Set in the serene hills of Mani, surrounded by ancient olive groves and overlooking the Mediterranean — Brazzo di Maina is a stone-built luxury sanctuary designed for deep rest and soulful practice. This is one of Greece's most unspoiled regions: wild, quiet, and full of beauty that asks you to slow down.
Karavostasi, Mani — Peloponnese, Greece
This retreat will offer a mix of practices for different levels and moods. Slow mornings, mindful movement, and intentional stillness. Every session is designed to build on the last — and to help you feel something shift.
Between sessions you'll have time to rest, wander, swim, and simply be. Practicing yoga in nature is a whole different experience — the sea, the olives, the morning air. Something shifts when the space itself is doing healing work.
Mani is one of those places that feels like time slows down. Stone villages, turquoise waters, and mountains that hold a quiet kind of power. These excursions are chosen to let you feel the culture, not just see it.
Optional add-ons
Brazzo di Maina is a stone-built luxury hotel with contemporary Peloponnesian design, panoramic sea views, a pool, and the Pietra Bar-Restaurant. It's the kind of place where you feel held from the moment you arrive.

This is not a hotel. It's a portal. Deep in the Mayan jungle on the Ruta de los Cenotes, crystal sanctuary accommodation with glass walls and ceilings lets nature flow through your space. The architecture follows sacred geometry. The water is ancient. The energy is something you have to feel for yourself.
Ruta de los Cenotes · Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo
Karla is Mexican. This isn't a package tour of her home — it's a place that shaped her, and she'll show it to you the way locals know it. Every detail is intentional. Every breath, every movement, every pause.
Slow mornings, dynamic flows, and deep yin practices. Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Breathwork — all adapted to your level and energy each day.
Swimming in crystal-clear water formed millions of years ago. A grounding experience that stays with you long after you're home.
Move with the ocean as your soundtrack. The Caribbean at dawn is something no studio can replicate.
Nourishing meals prepared daily — fresh, local, and full of flavour. Every meal is part of the retreat experience.
Connection with a small group of women walking the same path of growth, softness, and expansion. You come as strangers. You leave as friends.
A traditional Indigenous purification ceremony in a dome-shaped sweat lodge. Hot volcanic stones in the center. Herbal steam filling the air. Ancient wisdom, drum beats, and a whole lot of soul. You breathe, you release, you let your mind quiet down. It's primal, it's sacred, it's deeply healing.
"Part detox, part therapy, part — whoa, I needed that."
Send the message "MEXICO" to Karla on WhatsApp and she'll add you to the priority list. Spots are small and some are already reserved.
Priority list is free. No commitment until you confirm your spot.
Both retreats welcome all levels — from beginners to regular practitioners. Karla adapts every session to the group. You don't need to be "advanced" to come. You just need to be ready to show up.
For Greece: message Karla on WhatsApp with your preferred room and she'll send you the payment details. A 20% non-refundable deposit holds your room. For Mexico: send "MEXICO" on WhatsApp to be added to the priority list — she'll follow up with details and pricing as they're confirmed.
Included: accommodation, all yoga and wellness sessions, breakfast and dinner daily, airport transfer from Athens, and the welcome bag. Not included: flights to Athens, lunches, optional activities (massage, kayaking, bicycle rental), and personal spending.
Absolutely. Most participants come solo. The small group size means you'll connect quickly — these retreats are designed to create genuine community. You won't be a stranger for long.
The 20% deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat. If you need to cancel after that, Karla will do her best to find someone to fill your spot — reach out as early as possible and she'll work with you.
Comfortable yoga clothes, a journal, sunscreen, and an open mind. Everything else is taken care of. For Greece, bring light layers for evenings — October in Mani is warm but can cool down after sunset. For Mexico in August, it's hot and humid — light, breathable clothing is all you need.
Yes — plenty. The schedule is built around sessions in the morning and evening with afternoons mostly free. Swim, nap, explore, journal, sit by the pool. The retreat is designed to let you decompress, not rush through a programme.
Join the list. No spam — just retreat announcements, early access, and Karla's upcoming offerings.
You're on the list. We'll be in touch.
